SOUL APOTHECARY
Care for the whole self, just as you are.

About
SOUL APOTHECARY
Soul Apothecary is a therapy practice rooted in connection, presence, and care for the whole person. This is a space where you do not have to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a polished version of yourself. You are welcome exactly as you are.
At the heart of Soul Apothecary is the belief that healing happens in relationship, when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and human. Therapy here is relational and conversational, guided by trust, attunement, and a deep respect for your lived experience. Rather than rushing toward solutions or labels, we slow down to understand what is happening beneath the surface and what your mind and body are asking for.
Sessions are collaborative and grounded, shaped by your needs, your pace, and what you bring into the room. Some days that means deep reflection. Other days it might mean untangling a thought out loud or simply taking a breath together.
Soul Apothecary supports individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, relationships, and the quiet exhaustion of being the one who holds it all together. This is a place to soften, reconnect, and remember you do not have to do everything on your own.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, practicing yoga, and being at home with no agenda. I deeply value vulnerability, authenticity, and meaningful connection, which is why therapy feels so important to me. I believe some of the most powerful work happens when people feel safe enough to show up as they are.
